Recalling the past


“Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow” is a personal journal for aged care residents
developed by ActionWorks.

The purpose of the book is to assist residents maintain the memory of their own past and to help staff and understand the history and values of their clients.

It has been designed so that other people can share with the older person in a process of exchanges to gather and share details from the past.

This enables time to remember and reflect on significant achievements, people and relationships, and events.
