Turning suds to duds

According to Enware, its new Ultra Rinse food service spray rinse uses
less than half the hot water per plate than more conventional technology.

The food service gun is the first product of its type to carry both the WaterMark to AS/NZ 3718 and the WELS 6 Star Water Efficiency Weighting.

The locally designed and manufactured device has a nominal flow rate of four litres per minute and incorporates a moulded rubber spray nozzle guard and a new high velocity spray pattern. I

t was also shortlisted for the 2007 Australian Design Awards.
