The role is part of a new exciting lifestyle division of Capital Guardians, presently a specialist aged care resident trust funds administrator.  The 'lifestyle' division offers aged care business solutions in resident lifestyle and volunteer management.

We require an individual with demonstrated leadership in the fields of aged care lifestyle and volunteer management.   Academic qualifications and published papers would be a plus.

The successful candidate will oversee the development of lifestyle management tools, methodologies and training across residential care, community care and retirement living in Australia.  The vision is to build a national brand that supports aged care operators optimise lifestyle programs, volunteers and generally maximise the quality of life of their clients.

The successful candidate will take a lead role the new division, with a focus on product development and public relations and marketing.   It is expected the individual will be a regular industry speaker on aged care lifestyle topics and be regularly sought after for aged care industry meetings, and as such, will need to be very comfortable with public speaking and taking thought leadership positions on best practice resident lifestyle and volunteer management.
