Latest PIVOT handset available

A new slim smartphone-like handset designed for workplace mobility is available in Australia.

PIVOT-S_ThreeQuarterViewMobility solutions specialists Wavelink has announced that a new slim smartphone-like handset to enable workplace mobility is available to order in Australia.

PIVOT:S is the newest device in the expanded 87-Series of WorkSmart products from global workplace wireless leaders Spectralink

The PIVOT:S has a streamlined design with a slim profile for a smartphone look and feel with removable rechargeable batteries.

Like all PIVOT models it features a large, backlit colour touchscreen display, an enterprise-grade speakerphone and resistance to dust and liquids including cleaning agents.

It offers ease of use, ergonomic design, voice quality, seamless Wi-Fi roaming, and durability, according to Spectralink. It has been designed to bridge the gap between consumer smartphones and purpose-built workplace mobile solutions and give users the agility to quickly respond – or pivot – at a moment’s notice.

The PIVOT:S is also built on the industry-standard Android operating system and is certified for Google Mobile Services with access to a range of enterprise applications.

It supports workplace-specific applications through Spectralink’s Application, Integration and Management Solutions (AIMS) partner ecosystem, which enables users to customise their devices to their individual workflow requirements and opens up opportunities for end-user efficiency solutions.

It is available in Australia in healthcare blue or black colour through Wavelink, which can be contacted on 1300 147 000.
