Case Management is a highly skilled specialised role. Providers of human services assist with consumers via case management to have meaningful lives whilst getting the most out of their allocated funding. Case Management is provided in many sectors such as health, aged care, disabilities, home care, mental health, drug & alcohol and many more. This workshop/seminar is being repeated in response to identified needs within the industry.

Providers are facing ever increasing questions about their case management/core advisory services and associated fees. This seminar will explore the misconceptions and assist you to have the necessary skills and marketing to ensure consumers understand the value of case management.

Target Audience: Home Care, NDIS, Health care, Mental health residential care ( aged and disability) and providers where case management is required. Co-ordinators and Case Managers working in human services sector delivery.

Use of Laptops in seminar- delegates may bring laptops for use during the day.


What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The best Access to Mercure Sydney is via public transport to Central station. As it is a CBD location street parking is limited however there are a few all day secure car parks within walking distance to the hotel
