COURSES – Two day courses Understanding accreditation course (Residential Care) & Understanding quality review (Home Care) The courses aim to provide participants with an introduction to the aged care regulatory framework, relevant aged care standards, audit process principles and methodology.

Consumer Directed Care and the Home Care Standards (Home Care) Developed with COTA, this workshop aims to provide a range of tools and resources to support good care for consumers..

Focus on diversity – Delivering service in a culturally inclusive way (Home Care and Residential aged care)-Also Offering in Darwin followed by our BP conference in Darwin. Developed with CCDA, this workshop supports enhanced services to consumers from diverse backgrounds while providing a culturally inclusive environment for staff, consumers and other stakeholders.

Making the most of complaints in aged care (Home Care and Residential aged care) will help you to develop a robust complaints management system based on internationally recognised standards.

Managing Accreditation Performance (Residential Aged care) This workshop is targeted at those with leadership responsibility for managing continuous improvement and quality within a residential aged care organisation.

We also offer organisation-direct – courses and workshops and deliver education to you onsite.
