Living and working with demanding, manipulative, attention-seeking, challenging, selfish, cantankerous, difficult, time-consuming, self-centred behaviour in aged care.
This full day training focuses on behaviour that is not related to dementia but involves difficult personalities and their functioning in residential and community settings.
Outline
- Identify the range of difficult behaviour participants experience in their work.
- Explain the multi-factored needs based approach to difficult behaviour.
