ACSA’s 2008 National Conference and Trade Exhibition will be held at the Adelaide Convention Centre from 28 September - 1 October.
The event will bring together close to a thousand leading aged care leaders and decision-makers from across Australia’s $7 billion industry.
The Conference theme is ‘Aged Care in the Fast Lane: More Clients, More Costs, More Competition’, reflecting the dynamics and change being experienced by this growing and developing industry.
Addressing these key issues will be a wide range of highly respected keynote speakers, including Robyn Stone (Executive Director of the Institute for the Future of Ageing, American Association of Homes and Services for Aging) USA, who will talk about workforce issues; and Philip Pearson (CEO, United Health, UK) who will be presenting an international IT outlook.
The conference will also feature a much-anticipated ACFI panel discussion, along with Adelaide facility tours, a gala dinner – with a ‘Lifestyles of the Rich and the Famous!’ theme – and a rural and remote networking dinner.
