Input into Qld complaints

The Queensland Health Quality and Complaints Commission (HQCC) is seeking people with health care experience to join its Clinical Advisory Committee.

HQCC CEO Cheryl Herbert said the committee was vital to the operation of the commission.

“We…require people with demonstrated health care experience to join the Clinical Advisory Committee to provide advice on clinical matters and support communication between clinicians and the Commission.”

“This is a unique opportunity to support positive health action in Queensland.”

Members will be appointed for a two-year term and remuneration and travel expenses will be provided in line with the state government’s remuneration policy.

The role of HQCC is to manage complaints, monitor and promote quality improvement in health services and share information.
