Intouch wins DVA contract

The Department of Veterans’ Affairs has reappointed Intouch as a national supplier of continence aids.

The Department of Veterans’ Affairs has reappointed Intouch as a national supplier of continence aids for the Rehabilitation Appliances Program (RAP).

The company has been supplying continence products to clients in the community for a quarter of a century.

Intouch’s contract manager, Leonie Mulheran said the company is well prepared to assist with ongoing supply into the future.

“Intouch already services clients Australia wide and has been preparing to assist health professionals to ensure their clients’ product supply is uninterrupted,” she said.

“[We are] proud to be a national supplier for the DVA RAP and we take our role very seriously; we can reassure you that we are experienced in managing the program and delivering the highest levels of service and support for our clients and their healthcare professionals.”

“Health professionals play such an important role in the community and we know that they need as much support and information as possible, we provide free education resources and product information online, through newsletters and workshops to support health professionals to help them look after their clients,” added Ms Mulherran.

Intouch provides a range of educational resources and product information on its website and through its newsletters to support health professionals working in the field.
