Ibis Care recognised as leader in palliative care
After receiving training in palliative and end-of-life care under Calvary Health Care, two Ibis Care homes have been recognised as excelling in their provision of palliative care.

Two Ibis Care homes have been recognised by Calvary Health Care in the top seven of 57 aged care homes for their provision of palliative and end of life care by Calvary Health Care.
The staff at Ibis Care have been trained under Calvary’s specialised palliative care team, with the Ibis Care Blakehurst and Miranda homes now leading the way in at-home end of life care.

Ibis Care chief executive officer La Stacey Baramy said she was extremely proud of the teams at Blakehurst and Miranda for the quality of care they provided.
“The acknowledgement for their compassion and expertise under the guidance of Calvary is a testament to the leadership teams,” she said.
