This one-day workshop will give you a better understanding of risk management and how to adopt an effective risk management approach in your home.

The workshop focuses on risk management systems and processes based on the Australian risk management standard. It also addresses the reasons behind the most commonly not met expected outcomes and other key common risk indicators – based on our assessment research.

Suitable for staff who want a fundamental understanding of risk management processes and implementation, including team leaders, supervisors, registered nurses, quality co-ordinators and any operational level manager who is new to industry.
