Support for home care providers to prioritise innovation
Home Care Today is hosting a free webinar this month on service innovation in a competitive home care market.
Dale Renner, a strategy and innovation consultant to the social services sector and founder of YouLead, will guide service providers through the online session.
He will discuss how organisations can learn to get started and how to use innovation to attract or retain customers.

Update on digital health strategy
The Australian Digital Health Agency is hosting a national webcast as part of its consultations on the development of a national digital health strategy.
Findings from the national consultation with consumers, clinicians, healthcare providers will be used to develop a national strategy to be delivered to government in 2017.
The webcast will be facilitated by SBS presenter Anton Enus and will hear from a panel of agency staff including CEO Tim Kelsey and chief medical adviser Associate Professor Meredith Makeham, among others.
Joining the panel will be Melissa Cadzow, a long-time consumer care advocate with a special interest in digital health.
The webinar will take place 14 November at 11.00am-noon AEDT.

Understanding the future of work
The Community Care Smart Assistive Technology Collaborative is hosting a webinar next month on preparing for a digitally-enabled workforce.
Dr Claire Mason, who leads the Digital Society initiative at CSIRO, will present on the future of work in 2035.
The Community Care Smart AT Collaborative is a free online platform that focuses on incorporating smart assistive technology into community care service provision.
