Catalyst Education and OpenLearning have partnered to launch two short courses for emerging leaders in aged care.

A training organisation and online learning platform have partnered to develop two short courses to support emerging leaders in care services.

The online courses developed by Catalyst Education and OpenLearning aim to inspire emerging leaders in aged care and early childhood education to become compassionate leaders.

In the Leading by design course, participants will learn concepts including re-thinking leadership, regenerative thinking, circular economy and sustainability.

The Leading with compassion course covers finding purpose, meaningful projects, completing a purposeful project and interacting with peers through a social network of like-minded people.
