The Public Sector Residential Aged Care Leadership Committee is holding a free workshop for staff working in residential aged care. The workshop will support staff to improve customer service and ultimately attract new and retain satisfied residents.

Staff can expect to learn how to communicate effectively with prospective residents, encourage referrals, calmly and confidently promote the facility to prospective residents and their families, and ultimately ethically increase resident satisfaction and occupancy rates.
