This conference is for anyone interested in the continued success of the CHSP in supporting older people to stay independent, connected with family, friends, culture and community.
Hear the voices of consumers, volunteers and staff from our diverse communities. A full day program highlighting what’s currently happening for older people in the CHSP, and what’s on the horizon for innovative and responsive service delivery.
The program includes keynote speakers, academics and researchers, facilitated panel discussion and three concurrent sessions. This Conference will celebrate all that the CHSP program currently offers now and into the future.
