May 15, 2023 @ 12:00 am - May 17, 2023 @ 12:00 am

A wave of older people is heading our way.

According to the World Health Organisation, by 2030, one in six people in the world will be aged 60 years or over. So, for the first time, we’re bringing together the best and sharpest minds from across the aged care ecosystem to set a new vision for how this growing population of Baby Boomers can live their life well in the future.

Facing the Future: Aged Care 2030 and Beyond presents two days of inspiring debate and conversation with innovators and futurists who want to make a real impact on positive ageing.

Attend Facing the Future: Aged Care 2030 and Beyond and learn how to be better equipped to understand new innovations, navigate new technology and know what older people are wanting, to deliver high-quality service and excellent care that meet expectations.

Join aged care CEOs, managers or workers, policy makers, providers of products, services, or digital technology to the industry, and researchers, architects, robotics engineers, scientists, advanced manufacturers, allied health clinicians, lifestyle coordinators, community support workers, nurses, family carers, aged care consumers, and positive ageing visionaries, at one of the largest events in 2023 dedicated to the future of aged care.

“It’s time to set a new vision for how we can all our lives well in the future by bringing together all the stakeholders now.

“We are gathering together leading thinkers, futurists and disruptors, and many older people from the community who want to make a significant difference to the future of aged care.

“I look forward to hearing from these people, including the Baby Boomers who have strong opinions about positive ageing and what they need and want as they get older.

“They are after better experiences with plenty of personal lifestyle and care choices. We also have new issues to face with innovation, technology uptake, diversity, inclusion, person-centred care, risk and much more that we want to discuss and find practical outcomes, and real-world solutions.”
