This one-day workshop will provide participants with the latest information on how organisations are preparing for 2017 and how consumers are experiencing consumer directed care. This workshop will provide you with the opportunity to collaborate with other providers with a specific focus on managing any legal issues (as identified through the Legal Issues Project). The workshop will also give you an understanding of the creative approaches to working with consumers based on the learnings from the CHOICES in Aged Carer Search project.
