‘Health, justice and ageing’ is a landmark symposium providing a unique opportunity to explore the systemic drivers of vulnerability faced by older people and the innovations that are improving how we meet the needs of our ageing population.
The symposium will:
- Identify the systemic drivers of vulnerability among older people, such as intergenerational transfer of wealth; and lack of capacity and capability within service systems
- Showcase the innovations through which people and organisations are tackling vulnerability and improving the ability of people to age with health, justice and dignity
- Build collaboration between researchers, policy-makers, practitioners and consumers
- Deepen understanding of the risk of vulnerability among older people and what we can all do to protect people from that risk
