On the infinity loop that is age services provision, Community Care providers are recognised leaders in adapting to change, surpassing challenge and harnessing opportunity.
Entitled Change – Challenge – Opportunity, this year’s conference has been very purposefully designed for the age services community care sector as a platform to discuss:
- changes to industry business and finance models, programs and program financing and delivery, staff education and support, marketing and branding, technology and innovation and organisational culture;
- challenges associated with the introduction of amended and/or new program manuals, fees policies and schedules, new grant agreement negotiations and budget announcement reforms;
- opportunities to be explored and innovations to be developed in meeting the changes and challenges of a growing ageing population, burgeoning age services industry and ongoing reform agenda.
