As the aged care sector evolves with the introduction of the Support at Home Program, care managers/partners face new challenges and opportunities to meet heightened expectations.

- How to manage a quarterly budget- (very different to the way budgeting is done now)
- How to manage current/new and transitioning participants
- How to manage a flexible case load within a care management pool of hours
- How to ensure the risks and vulnerabilities of participants are managed
- How to document efficiently and effectively
Care managers/partners will develop a deep understanding of the Support at Home framework and acquire the skills to lead meaningful change.
