About the speaker
Tina Sinclair is a Director of O’Connell Advisory – a boutique consulting firm specialising in health, aged care and disability. She has over 25 years experience in the health, aged care and disability sectors.
Since 2015 Tina has almost continuously provided advisor services to residential aged care providers under sanctions, specialising in operations and governance. She and her team now also provide independent assessments against the Aged Care Standards, drawing on their experience with aged care providers under sanctions to guide and assist providers to improve their understanding and compliance.
Tina is also a Director of LiveBetter, a provider of aged care and disability services in regional Australia.
