AJP commends Hartmann
Pharmacists give the thumbs up to a range of continence management products.
Hartmann’s MoliCare Comfort range has received a certificate of commendation in the Australian Journal of Pharmacy’s annual awards.
The range of continence management products was recognised in the category for over-the-counter products in a ceremony in Sydney earlier this month.
The award is designed to recognise products that are innovative, improve health and wellbeing and have demonstrated success in pharmacies, through sales support, marketing and communication with pharmacists.
The overall winner of the over the counter open product category was Reckitt Benckiser’s Nurofen Zafance.
Other finalists included Listerine Total Care by Johnson & Johnson Pacific and Nicabate Pre-Quit by GlaxoSmithKline.
A key factor in Hartmann’s success was its ‘Skin friendly’ campaign which helped explain the medical benefits of the MoliCare range.
“The combination of innovation, education and awareness evident in the development of MoliCare Comfort has helped to improve the quality of life of people living with incontinence,” said the Australian Journal of Pharmacy’s publishing director, David Weston.
Hartmann said in a statement that it is proud of its achievement amidst strong competition.
