Anglicare Southern Queensland has welcomed Chloe Henry as its new director of client experience.

Ms Henry arrives at Anglicare SQ with 14 years’ experience as a senior leader developing customer strategies across a broad range of industries – including banking.

Ms Henry joined the marketing department of the Bank of Queensland in Brisbane in 2011 before becoming BOQ’s senior manager for customer experience.

She then joined the Mater private hospital in south Brisbane at the end of 2018 and developed the consumer experience strategy for the Mater Group. While there, Ms Henry worked across four different ministeries including Mater Education, Mater Foundation, Mater Research and Mater Health.

Ms Henry’s passion for helping others developed while volunteering in Peru. “It was then that I really knew that I wanted to make a difference in the health sector and how I could help really bring those corporate skills through not-for-profit clinical care,” she said.

Ms Henry commenced her new role at residential and home care provider Anglicare SQ in May.
