Coastlink appoints new CEO
Lynne Graham to lead the NSW Central Coast provider.

New South Wales Central Coast aged care and disability services provider Coastlink has announced Lynne Graham as its new chief executive officer.
Previously CEO of NDIS service provider the Mai-Wei Group, Ms Graham brings to the role a breadth of experience from both the aged care and disability sectors.

Coastlink chair John Mouland said Ms Graham’s appointment is a great asset to the regional provider. “Coastlink will benefit from Ms Graham’s extensive experience within these sectors, as well as her strategic vision for growing a strong and sustainable NDIS service provider.”
He added: “On behalf of the Coastlink board, staff, clients and their families, we warmly welcome Ms Graham to this executive role and look forward to her guiding Coastlink into a new era of growth and innovation.”
In response, Ms Graham said the appointment was a perfect fit for her. “I was attracted to working with an organisation with the history and reputation of Coastlink that offers both aged and disability support services as my background spans both of these areas and I have long had a passion for helping people within these sectors to live their best lives.”
Furthermore, she said that the organisation’s ethics chime with her own. “The delivery of Coastlink programs and services through the values of honesty, accountability, integrity, respect and empathy very much align with my own personal values and demonstrated work practices and highlight its commitment to excellence in all aspects of client care.”
Ms Graham commenced the CEO role on Monday 8 January.
