Guide Healthcare appoints commerical services GM

Melanie Kerslake steps into the new role with the allied health provider following several years at Encara.

Allied health and wellness services aged care provider Guide Healthcare has announced the appointment of Melanie Kerslake as the new general manager of commercial services.

The appointment follows seven years at mobile aged care allied health service provider Encara, where Ms Kerslake held numerous roles, including group general manager, business development manager and business development consultant – according to her LinkedIn profile.

“I am excited to join Guide Healthcare at such a pivotal time,” said Ms Kerslake. “I look forward to working with the talented team here to drive strategic growth, but importantly, to do things differently and contribute to a movement where creativity delivers positive change.”

Ms Kerslake’s role will involve fostering new partnerships, expanding services, developing innovative products and leading strategic growth initiatives. She will also maintain a focus on customer relationships.

Another key part of the role involves leading the commercial design and implementation of Support at Home programs, expanding allied health services, seniors’ gyms, wellness focused allied health hubs and clinical Pilates studios.
