Health Metrics appoints NZ country manager

Aged care software vendor Health Metrics has appointed aged care technology expert Rafat Jalil as country manager in New Zealand.

Mr Jalil joins the Australian and NZ software vendor with over 15 years of experience in technology delivery in the aged care and healthcare sectors.

He also has experience in information technology service management, project and program delivery, strategy and technology roadmaps and village development including in room technology.

He has also been involved in integrating groups of retirement villages and establishing cloud platforms to enable technology use in aged care homes.

Mr Jalil, who has been on the client side of Health Metrics’ cloud-based software solution eCase twice, said he was excited to join the Health Metrics team.

“I’m looking forward to being part of a solution and growing organisation that provides technology to enable high standards of care delivery in the growing aged and home care sector,” Mr Jalil said.
