New CEO at ARV
The Sydney-based provider has a new CEO, following the retirement of Ken Barber last month.
Anglican Retirement Villages (ARV) has appointed Rob Freeman to replace Ken Barber as the organisation’s CEO.
Mr Barber will began his retirement at the end of last month and he ended his participation on ARV’s board at the same time.
Mr Freeman is no stranger to the organisation, having served as a director on its board from 2004 to 2007 and during that time, he chaired the finance committee.
Throughout his career Mr Freeman has held senior positions in the metal industry, including managing director of Capral Steel and general manager of OneSteel.
Earlier in his career Mr Freeman was a managing partner for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
Mr Freeman joins ARV as the organisation prepares to celebrate its 50th anniversary next month.
