New CFO at Mercy
Mercy Health has appointed a new chief financial officer as it plans to grow in coming months.
Mercy Health has appointed Jenny King to the position of Chief Financial Officer.
Ms King’s extensive executive work in the manufacturing and distribution sectors, and her background in finance and accounting have been welcomed by the expanding provider.
“Jenny’s experience and abilities will contribute positively to the continued success of Mercy Health and our very active growth plans,” said Mercy Health’s CEO, John Ballard.
“Mercy Health operates services ranging from home and community care, residential aged care, mental health services, early parenting programs, palliative care, sub-acute and acute hospitals in Victoria and NSW.
“Jenny’s role will be crucial in navigating the complexities of such a wide range of funding models, and supporting our major infrastructure development programs.”
Mercy Health provides hospital and aged care services across Victoria and into southern NSW.
In the next 10 months the organisation plans to open new aged care services in East Melbourne, Parkville and Warrnambool, while completing expansions at Wyndham and Bendigo.
