NEW GM for Eden in OZ
Chris McMahon has been appointed as the general manager for Eden in Oz. She is passionate about developing new and innovative ways of managing staff, and working with them to challenge the current culture in aged care.

She is passionate about developing new and innovative ways of managing staff, and
working with them to challenge the current culture in aged care.
Recently, Ms McMahon has worked as the manager for Residential Services South for DutchCare Ltd, as well as being an
Eden in Oz trainer.
With a Masters in Health Management and a Masters in Counselling, Ms McMahon has a strong interest in culture change.
She is concerned about making the world better place for all those involved in aged care, especially the elders.
