Steve Aivaliotis has joined Melbourne-based McCarthy Psychology Services to head up its new Complaints Management Service. Mr Aivaliotis is a highly regarded mediator with particular skills and experience in handling difficult mediations with strong experience in aged care.
Mr Aivaliotis will provide training in positive complaints management and case management, and coaching for ‘in-charge’ staff. As part of the new Complains Management Service, McCarthy Psychology Services has formed an alliance with Victor Harcourt, a partner with Russell Kennedy Solicitors.
