She will be responsible for ensuring TLC’s innovative model combining aged care, primary care, registered training, and childcare into a community hub operate seamlessly, Mr Pascuzzi said.

“Cathy’s experience in acute care will also prepare TLC for our vision of possibly integrating day surgeries into our service model in the future, not only to enhance the quality of our care, but further contribute to the long-term sustainability of the organisation,” he said.

Ms Jones will commence as TLC Healthcare’s quality officer in February 2021. She is taking over from Jenny Foley, who has held the position for four years and will remain in a senior management at TLC.
