Carrington Care appoints builder

New South Wales aged care provider Carrington Care has appointed Richard Crookes Construction to build assisted living apartments in Camden, in south-western Sydney.

The Riverview Assisted Living Apartments will span across three levels and feature 41 one- and two- bedroom luxury apartments with common lounge spaces on each floor and a rooftop dining and garden area.

Carrington Care said the service model for the apartments bridged independent living and residential aged care.

Residents will have access to a full-time concierge and a full suite of clinical and allied health services but housekeeping and personalised laundry.

Construction on the 14-month project commenced this month and is due to finish in September 2021.
