Bentleys launches benchmarking survey

This year’s survey will have a particular focus on capital investment and staffing, along with a new section on the ACFI.

In a period of growing industry uncertainty, accounting group, Bentleys has launched its fourteenth annual residential aged care survey.

This year’s survey will have a particular focus on key concerns across the industry, such as capital investment requirements and staffing issues.

It has been updated to include sections on business risks and findings related to the ACFI (Aged Care Funding Instrument).

As usual, it will also provide a detailed analysis of performance in residential aged care throughout Australia.

Bentleys’ Queensland Director, Heath Shonhan said he believed the survey would greatly assist providers with their planning and decision-making.

“The survey provides intelligence into the business drivers for aged care services.

“It assists aged care operators to assess and compare operating costs and identify those areas in which they can improve performance,” Mr Shonhan said.

Aged care providers can participate in the survey by registering their details on this website.
