Ms Chaplain is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Master of Business Administration, a bachelor’s degree in economics and Mandarin and a diploma from the Securities Institute of Australia. She was appointed as a Member of the Order of Australia in 2020.
Bolton Clarke chairman Pat McIntosh said he was pleased to welcome both new members to the Bolton Clarke Board.
“These appointments will further support the work of the board as we move beyond the pandemic and continue with our growth strategy, including the recently-announced acquisition of Allity,” he said in a statement.
“Both Bev and Annabelle bring highly relevant skills, which will be invaluable in ensuring Bolton Clarke’s services continue to respond to community and individual needs and improve quality of life for the people and communities we serve.”
