Foodservice equipment supplier Comcater announced its current cooking range has been re-branded as ‘Trueheat’. The Trueheat cooking range of equipment is designed and engineered specifically for the demands of the Australian foodservice market.
The range includes high performing radiant barbecues, standalone grills and boiling tops and feature packed Salamanders, which include removable sides for ease of cleaning and a powerful fryer.
