CareConnect – Three Seminar Events (Brisbane/Melbourne/Sydney)

The Melbourne and Sydney events will speak about the implications of the Productivity Commission’s reports into aged care and disability, Care Connect’s approach to community care including information about the new service model and the importance of innovation and a collaborative approach to meet the challenges of tomorrow. The  Brisbane event will officially launch Australia’s first aged care packages specifically designed for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or intersex (LGBTI) older adults from South East Queensland.
