Angle Vale Gardens completed
Meeting the growing demand for retirement living solutions, the Angle Vale Retirement Estate development was completed on 7 March.

The northern suburbs of Adelaide have welcomed a $43 million retirement estate, Angle Vale Gardens – owned and operated by family-owned South Australian business Gannon Lifestyle Communities.
Completed on 7 March the estate will be home to 240 residents and features 130 independent living units, 32 assisted living apartments, and community facilities.

The Angle Vale development was designed to cater to the evolving needs of north Adelaide, and was inspired by the South Australian government’s 30-year plan for greater Adelaide.
“The concept of creating a retirement village in Angle Vale was first considered in 2008,” said Gannon Lifestyle Communities chief executive officer Jane Monk.
“The first homes were completed in 2010, and the final apartment was completed in November last year.
“We’ve built a strong presence in the community, offering retirement villages that prioritise care, compassion, and a sense of belonging.
“Our mission is simple: to build greater communities for older people. At Angle Vale Gardens, we’ve created a space where people can truly thrive, forming deep, lasting friendships within a vibrant, supportive environment.”
