Heritage Care to open newly renovated facility

Residential aged care provider Heritage Care has added a new home to its portfolio.

Residential aged care provider Heritage Care has added another home to its portfolio – a renovated facility in Northcote in Melbourne’s inner-north.

Offering 75 beds, Heritage Northcote will employ 80 direct care workers and 100 home services support staff.

Designed to be “welcoming and inclusive”, the renovation includes a wellbeing room, an on-site hair and beauty salon, and landscaped outdoor spaces. Residents will also benefit from being close to Northcote’s restaurants, cafes, shops and entertainment venues.

Heritage Northcote will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday 24 July. On Saturday 25 July, members of the public are invited to explore the facility and discover what the home has to offer residents.

The Northcote facility is Heritage Care’s 11th aged care home.

Founded in 2002, Heritage Care is an independently owned provider, which has 968 beds across Victoria and New South Wales.
