Final call for papers
Submissions for presentations at ACSA’s 2009 National Conference close this Friday.
Those wishing to get up and stand up at next year’s Aged and Community Services Australia (ACSA) national conference in Perth have less than a week to submit abstracts for presentations.
The organising committee is particularly seeking papers that “courageously and outrageously” challenge current thinking about aged and community care.
“It is very much about saying to the industry that it’s alright to stand up and have an opinion and that’s what we should do,” said the CEO of Aged and Community Services Western Australia, Stephen Kobelke.
The conference presents an opportunity for passionate people within the industry to share organisational case studies, individual research and best practice projects to the broader industry.
Papers must be submitted online via the conference website. A list of submission guidelines is available on the site under the ‘Call for Papers’ tab.
Submissions close on Friday, 19 December 2008 at 5pm, Western Standard Time.
