Have your say in creating a community for all ages
The NSW Ministerial Advisory Committee on Ageing (MACA) is giving community members the chance to discuss ways of creating communities that are enjoyable to live in, regardless of what age a person is.
The meetings will look at how we can create more walkable, wheelable and safer communities, the social and support networks that create liveable communities and service availability. Views expressed on the day will be reported back to the NSW Minister for Ageing, the Hon Paul Lynch.
If you would like to provide your input into this process you can attend one of two community consultations happening soon in NSW.
The first consultation is in Liverpool, Wednesday 18th March 2009, from 9am-1pm Club Liverpool, 185 George St, Liverpool. The second is in Lismore Thursday 19th March 2009, from 9am-1pm, Invercauld House, 161 Invercauld Road, Goonellabah (Lismore).
