The ACQ State Conference & Trade Exhibition is less than a fortnight away and places are filling up fast.
It’s less than a fortnight until Queensland’s biggest aged care networking event gets underway and places are filling up fast.
Aged Care Queensland’s (ACQ) State Conference and Trade Exhibition will be held at Conrad Jupiters on the Gold Coast from Wednesday, 17 March to Friday, 19 March. There will also be a number of pre-conference seminars and activities on Tuesday, 16 March.
This year’s conference boasts an extensive list of social activities and dinners, networking opportunities, hands-on site visits, cutting edge workshops and the announcement of the winners of ACQ’s annual Excellence in Care Awards.
The conference sessions will be accompanied by a 62-booth trade exhibition.
Keynote speakers at the conference will include former High Court Justice, Michael Kirby, the director of one of Queensland’s leading property consultancies, Michael Matusik, and the author of Mao’s Last Dancer, Li Cunxin.
Premier Anna Bligh and Health Minister Paul Lucas have also been invited to address the conference on their vision for the future of aged care in Queensland.
“If you are one of the many attendees already registered for this year’s ACQ State Conference, we look forward to welcoming you at the Gold Coast in just over a week,” said the CEO of ACQ, Anton Kardash.
