AUDIO: All Australian residential, home care and retirement living operators should be looking at service integrated housing, according to industry consultant James Underwood.

Speaking to the NEWSROOM after his presentation at the ACSA National Conference in Adelaide last week, Mr Underwood said that service integrated housing was the “perfect storm” resulting from the ongoing changes in the regulatory framework impacting the whole aged care sector.
