Stockland Halcyon Rise has launched its $10 million luxury lifestyle precinct – The Homestead – with a party featuring glitz, dancing and a celebrity chef.
The Homestead includes a recreation club with dancefloor, bar with fireplace and lounge, gold-class style cinema, games room and entertaining terrace. The luxury features also include a heated mineral salt pool with in-pool lounges, hair salon and treatment rooms, gym and a yoga lawn.
The 30 March launch involved ribbon cutting and a cocktail party for the community’s homeowners and homebuyers where guests walked up the red carpet into the facilities to enjoy for food, drinks and mingling. Stockland ambassador and celebrity chef Miguel Maestre demonstrated his famous paella recipe while homeowners listened to live music and christened the dance floor.
Halcyon Rise is a gated community on the Logan River 33 kilometres from Brisbane’s central business district. It aims to offer relaxed country living on the 100-acre site, and in recognition of the region’s rich agricultural heritage, it has been designed with spacious homes, unique sporting and leisure facilities rising above the community’s vast open spaces and riverfront parkland.
The so-called Playing Field features floodlit pickleball courts and a bowling green as well as a covered BBQ pavilion.
