Leading Australian B2B publisher and event management business The Intermedia Group has announced the creation of a new division.
Leading Australian B2B publisher and event management business The Intermedia Group is pleased to announce the creation of a new division with the launch of Positive Impact Media.
The new company brings together two of TIG’s leading mastheads from its trade publishing arm, Government News and Australian Ageing Agenda, along with the Impact Investment Summit Asia Pacific and OnImpact, which connects investors and investment capital as they seek to scale and deliver positive investment impacts.
Owner and managing director of TIG Simon Grover says the new company will see natural synergies between the three entities flow into enriched editorial content and a broader suite of industry events.
“These media and event assets play a critical role in supporting government, companies, and organisations in sectors that deliver positive social and environmental impacts,” Mr Grover said.
“There are clear crossovers between government, aged care and impact investing that these titles and events can leverage, enabling closer links between the key people in these areas.
“By connecting impact investors with the main players across government and the aged care sector, we can help accelerate the flow of capital to positive impact companies and organisations.”
In other movements, Australian Ageing Agenda welcomes on board experienced journalist Jodie Wolf as the team’s new journalist, while Christopher Kelly becomes the new editor of GovernmentNews.
