Arcare Logan Reserve officially opens

For-profit aged care provider Arcare has opened the doors to a new residential aged care facility in Logan Reserve, Queensland.

For-profit aged care provider Arcare has the opened doors to its $29 million Logan Reserve 91-suite residential aged care facility  in south-east Queensland.

The aged care suites are set across three communities, each with access to a courtyard or verandah.

The also home offers dementia care using Arcare’s Dedicated Assignment model, which is a relationship-first approach to care.

Arcare Logan Reserve’s amenities include a hair salon, theatre, wellbeing centre, private dining and  community room.

The facility was designed with an  industrial Scandinavian interior style and has 100 kilowatt solar panels fitted.

Arcare residence manager Hayley Palmer said she looked forward to creating relationships with the residents and staff of Arcare Logan Reserve.

“I want to support the wider team and provide safe, quality care and an environment where the residents feel like we are their extended family. My aim is to help make this their home and for their families to trust in our care and services,” Ms Palmer said.
