It means Telstra Health clients will be able to have Hayylo’s communication platform and mobile apps working in the background for clients and their families to get self-service information about schedules, visits and budgets.

The intergrated solution is already being used by providers including Life Care, Goodwin Aged Care and Southern Cross Care Tasmania.

“Hayylo is a well-developed communication platform that complements our solutions as an added value to our client base,” Telstra Health head of aged and disability Michael Donnelly said.

He said improving digital technology would also free providers from administrative tasks, with some providers reporting having 60 per cent more free time that would otherwise have been used responding to simple inquiries.

Greg Satur, CEO and co-founder of the Australian startup, said Hayylo was excited to be extending its products to Telstra Health Clients.

“It’s great to partner with leading organisations in our space … who share a vision of an integrated and seamless environment for providers and care recipients”, he said.
