Uniti Software’s capabilities in primary, home and community care complement the existing Health Metrics suite, Health Metrics said in a statement.

Health Metrics CEO Steven Strange said he was excited to have the Uniti Software team on board.

“This is an important piece of the strategy puzzle that enables Health Metrics to provide a care continuum to consumers,” Mr Strange said.

“The real winners from this transaction are the Uniti Customers. They will now be part of a larger technology group with a broad-based offering,” Mr Strange said.

The acquisition of Uniti Software adds 73 customers to Health Metrics’ portfolio of more than 245 clients across Australia and New Zealand.
