Home Instead opens new franchise
The group’s Ballina office is its first Australian operation outside the major metropolitan centres.
Home Instead Senior Care has opened its 11th franchise in Australia with a new office starting up in Ballina, northern NSW.
The Ballina office is company’s first Australian franchise to be established outside a major metropolitan centre.
Home Instead’s Australian director, Martin Warner said the company had enjoyed strong growth in only four years and was looking to expand its operations.
“The demand for our services has led to record growth month after month,” he said.
“When we first started out, people were not really aware that private, in-home care like Home Instead Senior Care was readily available in Australia.
“However, our reputation for consistent quality care has spread and more and more families keep knocking on our door.”
Home Instead currently provides non-medical, fee-for-service home-care to older people in NSW, Queensland, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia.
“Australia’s older population is continuing to grow and people are searching for flexible, client focused solutions that will allow them to stay independent in their own home for as long as possible, while still receiving the support they need,” said Mr Warner.
