Mirvac exec to head home care at HammondCare

Property group Mirvac’s investor relations manager is joining HammondCare as the not-for profit’s new head of home care.

The recruitment of Bay Warburton by HammondCare CEO Mike Baird reunites the former NSW premier with his old right man from his time in Macquarie Street.

Before starting with Mirvac in 2017, Mr Warburton worked as Mr Baird’s chief of staff when he was both Premier and Treasurer.

At Mirvac Mr Warburton was responsible for managing external relationships including government, media and investor relations.

Community Care Review understands Mr Warburton, who will be tasked with growing the provider’s home care operations, is due to begin his new job with HammondCare next month.
